Who are we?

arbEduTech is the Technical Education Practice of ARB Global Consulting LLC which is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm located in the suburbs of Hartford, Connecticut.

arbEduTech is dedicated to Continued Education and Technical Workforce Development. We focus on developing and providing courses for working professionals to help enhance capabilities and maintain certifications in a competitive Global Economy. Our courses are targeted towards industry relevant and specialized skills.

What is the course format?

Upon registration, students are granted 24/7 access for 90 days to our Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS contains all course material. The courses are self-paced.  Upon completion, the student is awarded a Certificate of Completion. Students also download access to the course handouts as long as their access is active.

What quality guidelines define our courses?

All of our courses are guaranteed for topmost quality. These are  prepared by top-notch instructors with excellent academic credentials or industry professions with decades of front-line industry experience. All our courses are reviewed by our Academic Quality Review Board. We set high standards and guidelines to which all courses must adhere, such as: ensuring technical accuracy, using a clear and easy format, and striking a balance between theory and application. Our instructors are industry experts that have front-line & hands-on industry experience in their respective fields. Many are academics par-excellence. We leverage a large pool of experts across many industries and fields of study.

How do I register for a course?

To enroll in a course, click the Course Catalog or Price List link at the top of this page. Click on the course page and click on ‘Enroll Now’ for the course that you want to register. Follow the instructions and Check Out though our secured payment processing site. We will then send you a Login ID and password to begin your course.

If you are a returning customer, Login to your account and then checkout. On successful completion of the payment, the course will be added to your dashboard.

Group Registrations : All our above Registration methods and course fee are for single user registrations. Please contact us at +1860.266.7789 if you would like to register for a course that will be taken by a group.

What payment options do you have?

Online (US and non-US Students)
The fastest and preferred way to register is to register online using your Paypal account. You can also use your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card on the Paypal site. This is a secure method and can be done using the registration process mentioned above.

Submit payment through Western Union (www.westernunion.com). Email the Manual Course Registration Form to info@arbEduTech.com with the details of Western Union payment. This is the route for students that cannot use the other payment methods.

Refund Policy

Our courses are self-paced with 24/7 access that is available as soon as you are registered and are subject to policies of digital sale. Hence, we offer a guaranteed full refund within 48 hours of registration if you have not yet started the course.

If you have already started the course, a full refund cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at +1.860.266.7789 for such cases with specifics of your situation. 

Why are our courses so affordable?

We are able to provide courses at reduced fees because we do not have the high tuition and administrative costs associated with a traditional research university or organization. Additionally, many of our trainers are industry professionals that prepare the material for the primary purpose of spreading the knowledge on the subject. This allows us to provide our students with access to top-notch education and training through our leading trainers and educators at a very affordable price.

How long do I have to complete a course?

Students have up to 90 days of 24/7 access (starting at the time of enrollment) to complete any course. The course begins when you register and receive your Login ID and password. Students can enroll anytime, day or night. Courses are self-paced, and everyone works according to his/her own timetable.

What if the class I am looking for is not currently offered?
